1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Pocket CEO ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Pocket CEO provides an AI-powered business strategy assistant that helps users explore profit-generation strategies, manage virtual organizational structures, and track financial planning. The AI assistant provides suggestions and strategic guidance only.

3. Important Disclaimers

NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE: Pocket CEO does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All AI-generated content is for informational and planning purposes only. Consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

NO REAL TRANSACTIONS: The financial tracking features are for planning and record-keeping purposes. The App does not execute real financial transactions, connect to bank accounts, or move real money.

AI LIMITATIONS: AI responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. Users are responsible for verifying all information before acting on it.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free trial: 7 days with limited features
• Paid subscriptions: Basic ($9.99/mo), Pro ($29.99/mo), Enterprise ($49.99/mo)
• Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings

5. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You agree not to use the App for any illegal activities
• You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its content are owned by Nick Sanders. Content you create within the App remains yours, but you grant us a license to store and process it to provide the service.

6a. Revenue Sharing

By using Pocket CEO, you agree to a revenue-sharing arrangement as detailed in Section 6 of the End User License Agreement (EULA). In summary: if any business you develop with material assistance from Pocket CEO exceeds $5,000,000 in cumulative gross revenue, a 3% royalty on revenue above that threshold applies for five years. Full terms are in the EULA, which you accepted upon first use of the App.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POCKET CEO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
