Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and authentication credentials (managed via Firebase Authentication by Google).

Usage Data: We collect data about how you use the app, including messages sent to the AI assistant, organizational data you create (agents, tasks, SOPs), and financial tracking entries you input.

Subscription Data: Payment processing is handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) and RevenueCat. We receive subscription status but do not store credit card numbers or payment details.

Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system version, and app version for crash reporting and performance monitoring.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Pocket CEO service
• To process your AI assistant interactions via the Anthropic Claude API
• To manage your subscription and enforce usage limits
• To improve and personalize the app experience
• To communicate service updates or changes

• Anthropic Claude API: AI processing for the CEO assistant

• Railway: Server hosting

Your data is stored in encrypted databases hosted on Railway. We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, token-based authentication, and access controls.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen.

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Delete: Delete your account and all data (via Settings > Delete My Account)
• Correct: Update your account information
• Port: Request your data in a portable format

7. Children's Privacy

Pocket CEO is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email.
